Job Description
Incture | Emerging Technology & Leadership Program
We're looking for engineers who want to do more than execute.
Incture is building a cohort of technically strong, self-driven, ambitious professionals who want to develop into the next generation of technical specialists, solution architects, account managers and customer-facing technology leaders.
This opportunity is designed for individuals approaching completion of their master's degree, as well as master's graduates who have since gained professional experience and are ready to take on greater technical ownership and responsibility.
You'll join a structured development program that combines technical specialization, applied AI, close collaboration with subject matter experts, and opportunities to work on real enterprise customer challenges.
Our goal is to develop professionals who can eventually lead technical workstreams, build trusted customer relationships, and help shape the solutions Incture delivers.
What Your Journey Could Look Like
1. Build Depth
Begin with a focused technical onboarding experience, strengthening your expertise within your assigned technology track.
Work closely with subject matter experts, participate in hands-on learning, and develop an understanding of Incture's technology platforms, engineering practices, and customer environments.
Opportunities for co-location and collaboration with experienced teams, including potential visits to our Canada team, may form part of your development.
2. Work on Real Customer Problems
Move beyond technical exercises into practical enterprise challenges.
You'll learn how customer requirements translate into architecture, engineering decisions, implementation, and measurable business outcomes.
Depending on your assignment, you'll participate in technical discussions, customer meetings, solution development, demonstrations, and delivery activities.
3. Develop an R&D Mindset
We want people who question existing approaches and explore better ways to solve problems.
You'll be encouraged to deepen your domain expertise, experiment with emerging technologies, apply AI within your field, and contribute to prototypes, reusable solutions, and technical improvements.
4. Take Ownership
As your capabilities develop, you'll have opportunities to take greater responsibility for technical solutions, customer interactions, and project delivery.
We aim to develop participants toward technical lead responsibilities within approximately 12–18 months, depending on performance, readiness, and business requirements.
For those interested in broader customer and commercial responsibilities, longer-term opportunities may also extend into solution consulting, pre-sales, or account management.
Three Technical Tracks
You're not expected to have expertise across all three areas.

- Approximately 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- A strong foundation in at least one of our technical tracks.
- Experience building, implementing, or supporting real technical solutions.
- Interest in enterprise technology and customer-facing engineering.
Beyond technical qualifications, we value how you work:
- Take initiative. You identify problems, ask useful questions, and take responsibility for moving work forward.
- Learn independently. You're willing to explore unfamiliar tools, technologies, and domains without needing a prescribed path.
- Think beyond implementation. You want to understand the purpose of what you're building and how it creates value.
